Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 (12 oz. size) bowl Cool Whip (plus 2 c. for topping)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 small boxes lemon instant pudding
- 3 c. cold milk
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
Method
- First Layer:
- Mix plain flour, margarine and pecans in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and press to the bottom to form crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
