Ingredients
- 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Microwave chocolate and margarine in large microwavable bowl on High 2 minutes and then stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Beat in remaining ingredients until well blended and smooth.
- If frosting becomes too thick, beat in additional milk until of spreading consistency.
- Makes 2 1/2 cups or enough to frost top and sides of two (9-inch) round cake layers.
