Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 6 bacon slices, fried crisp
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. meal
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Cover potatoes with water 2-inches over them. Add onion, crumbled bacon, salt, oleo and pepper. Cook until potatoes are done.
- Mix meal and flour in 2/3 cup cold water. Stir in potatoes and let simmer while stirring for 5 minutes.
