Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 2 pkg. U.B. long grain wild rice
- 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
Method
- Cook onion in butter until tender.
- Add water to sauce to make 4 1/2 cups.
- Add cranberry sauce and rice to bring to boil.
- Cover tightly about 22 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in celery.
