Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, stewed and deboned (save broth)
  • 2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (light)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (light)
  • 3 c. chicken broth

Method

  • In
  • large
  • casserole
  • dish, layer
  • chicken, drained canned vegetables, soups mixed with chicken broth and, on top, mix Bisquick
  • with
  • milk and pour on mixture.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake
  • at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until brown on top and
  • crust
  • is
  • done.
  • Let rest 5 or 10 minutes before serving.
