Ingredients
- 1 can apricot halves
- 1 can pineapple chunks (large)
- 1 can peach halves (large)
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. cranberry juice or to taste
Method
- Melt 1/2 butter in 8 x 11 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
- Drain fruit and put in dish.
- Drizzle cranberry juice over fruit.
- Cover with brown sugar.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Dot with remaining 1/2 butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
