Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread
- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 12 oz. bag pecans
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Thaw bread.
- Spread pudding in 9 x 12-inch pan and dot with 1/2 stick of butter.
- Cut bread dough in small chunks.
- Dip in remaining butter (melted), then in brown sugar/cinnamon mixture, then in pecans.
- Place in pan on top of pudding and butter.
- Leave at room temperature overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
