Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 to 2 c. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Melt together all except the hash browns.
- Pour over the hash browns and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
