Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can (7 oz.) tuna
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. peas or green beans
Method
- Blend water into soup.
- In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, stir in tuna, cheese, salt, rice and vegetable.
- Combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
- Sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
- Makes 5 servings.
