Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (17.3 oz.) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 12 strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Unfold pastry sheets; cut each into 12 squares.
  • Press 1 square onto bottom and up side of each of 24 muffin pan cups.
  • Bake 12 min.
  • or until golden brown.
  • Cool in pans 10 min.
  • Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with whisk until blended.
  • Stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Spoon pudding mixture into pastry cups just before serving.
  • Cut strawberries into fans.

  • Place 1 on each on desserts.
