Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (17.3 oz.) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 12 strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
Method
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Unfold pastry sheets; cut each into 12 squares.
- Press 1 square onto bottom and up side of each of 24 muffin pan cups.
- Bake 12 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool in pans 10 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with whisk until blended.
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Spoon pudding mixture into pastry cups just before serving.
- Cut strawberries into fans.
