Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 Green pepper
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Shiro-dashi
- 1 Vegetable oil
Method
- Finely chop red and green peppers.
- Put on a microwave safe dish.
- Slice butter thinly and put on top of the peppers.
- It will be microwaved to remove the bitterness of the green peppers.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for about 40-50 seconds at 600 W. Remove the plastic wrap with caution because the dish is hot.
- Add shiro-dashi into the eggs and beat.
- Add slightly cooled bell peppers.
- Mix well.
- Cook it as you like.
