Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 Green pepper
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 1 tbsp Shiro-dashi
  • 1 Vegetable oil

Method

  • Finely chop red and green peppers.
  • Put on a microwave safe dish.
  • Slice butter thinly and put on top of the peppers.
  • It will be microwaved to remove the bitterness of the green peppers.
  • Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for about 40-50 seconds at 600 W. Remove the plastic wrap with caution because the dish is hot.
  • Add shiro-dashi into the eggs and beat.
  • Add slightly cooled bell peppers.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook it as you like.
