Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 2 (12 ounce) packagesrefrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 1 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Brown and drain beef; if drained outside of pan, put back into the same pan you cooked with.
  • Stir in pizza sauce.
  • Seperate each biscuit and place on prepared pan.
  • Top with beef mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
