Ingredients
- 2 pounds Fresh Green Beans
- 1- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Method
- Cook beans, leaving a little crisp to them (so people can pick them up and eat them if serving as an appetizer).
- Drain and cool.
- Combine oil and remaining ingredients.
- Place beans in a large plastic bag.
- Add oil mixture.
- Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy!
