Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. soft oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
Method
- Mix the nuts and coconut.
- Spread in bottom of greased 10 or 14-inch pan.
- Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over coconut and nuts.
- Mix cream cheese, oleo and vanilla.
- Gradually stir in 1 pound powdered sugar.
- Spoon this over cake mix and spread out as much as possible.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
