Ingredients
- 2 English muffins, split
- 2/3 c. pizza spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Toast the English muffin in a toaster until lightly browned.
- Spoon 1/4 of the pizza or spaghetti sauce on each muffin half.
- Top each one with Mozzarella cheese.
- Place the muffins on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Put the sheet into the oven and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven.
- Let it cool 2 minutes before eating.
- Yields 4 pizzas.
