Ingredients
- 1 whole Avocado
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scrape out some of the flesh of each half so that you have room for an egg.
- Place on baking sheet or muffin tin. Crack an egg into center of each avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until eggs are set.
