Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients well and heat to boiling or until sugar is thoroughly dissolved.
- Highly recommended for use in barbecuing brisket, also excellent for use in barbecuing beef or pork roast, ribs and chicken.
- For a more tangy sauce, use only 3 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
- Makes enough sauce for cooking for 15 people.
