Ingredients
- apples or oranges
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. water
Method
- For the apples, cut 1/4-inch thick and soak for 30 minutes in a brine made from the juice of the lemons, salt and water.
- Spread on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 2 to 3 hours in a 200° to 250° oven.
