Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 medium pkg. cream cheese
- 1 box cream
- 1 stick oleo
- 16 to 20 crushed graham crackers
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water; set aside.
- Mix sugar with cream cheese.
- Whip the cream and mix in jello.
- Add the creamed cheese mixture to jello.
- Melt oleo and mix with graham crackers. Put 1/2 of the cracker mixture in bottom of flat dish.
- Add other ingredients and top with rest of crumbs.
- Set in refrigerator to jell.
