Ingredients
- cucumbers
- 3 c. vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. canning salt
- garlic, hot pepper and dill to taste
- 3 c. water
- 1 tsp. mustard seed for each jar
Method
- Place mustard seed, garlic, hot pepper, dill and cucumbers in jars.
- Bring vinegar, water and canning salt to a rolling boil and pour over stuffed jars until full.
- Seal.
- Place jars in pot of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
