Ingredients

  • 6 pieces 1/2" To 3/4" Pork Chops
  • Salt And Pepper, And Other Desired Seasonings For Chops
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Sliced Into Rounds
  • 1 whole Large Green Pepper, Cut Into Thick Slices
  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Size) Condensed Tomato Soup (like Campbell's)
  • Cooked Rice, To Serve

Method

  • Season and brown the pork chops.
  • Put in a baking pan.
  • Top with onion and green pepper.
  • Spoon tomato soup straight from the can (do not mix with water first) so that all the chops are covered.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
  • Serve over rice.
