Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. crushed Oreos (reserve 1 c.)
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Mix together crushed Oreos and margarine.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
- Mix the cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, mix together pudding, milk and Cool Whip.
- Combine cream cheese and pudding mixtures; pour into Oreo crust.
- Top with reserved crumbs.
- Chill or freeze.
