Ingredients
- 10–12 medium carrots
- 1 medium beetroot
- 2 medium green apples
- 2 English spinach leaves
- 2 celery sticks
Method
1. Cut the carrots to fit the juicer.
2. Scrub the beetroot to ensure all the dirt is removed. Cut the beetroot and apples to fit the juicer.
3. Using the plunger, push all the ingredients through the juicer and into a large jug.
4. Serve chilled or over ice.
