Ingredients
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten with 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped herbs ( parsley, basil, chives etc)
- 30g butter
Method
- Whisk together, egg mixture, 3/4 of the cheese and herbs.
- Melt butter in frying pan, pour in omelette mixture.
- Cook until set on the base.
- Gently lift up the sides of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan, allowing the unset mixture to run under underneath.
- Continue until omelette is cooked.
- Roll up and serve topped with remaining cheese, toast and pan fried mushrooms.
