Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil or parsley
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Method

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Mix basil, walnuts, mustard and garlic; set aside.
  • Place steak on rack of broiler pan.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
  • Spread top with basil mixture.
  • Continue broiling 3 to 5 minutes or until steak is lightly browned and cooked through.
