Ingredients
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. safflower oil
- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; top with cover and blend well.
- Cover and chill dressing thoroughly.
- Serve over salad greens.
