Ingredients
- 1 c. beer
- 1/4 c. scallion chopped
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Marinate beef or possibly pork, allowing 1/2 c. of marinade per lb., for up to 24 hrs.
