Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Weight Watchers biscuits
Method
- Saute vegetables in margarine. Spoon flour over them.
- Combine milk and seasonings.
- Add to vegetables.
- Place in an 8 x 8-inch dish.
- Put chicken on top. Cover with biscuits.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until brown.
