Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 8 carrots
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 grams pepper
  • 100 ml olive oil

Method

  • peel and grate the carrots.
  • keep them in a bowl.
  • chop the onion thinly
  • preheat some olive oil on a pan and cook the onion for 4 - 6 minutes.
  • then add the carrots and mix.
  • cook it for 5 - 8 minutes.
  • then put it aside.
  • mix the eggs on a bowl.
  • beat them until they are spumous.
  • add the carrot-onion mixture and mix
  • again preheat some olive oil on a pan (preferable, a Teflon pan ).
  • add the mixture and cook it at low temperature for 5-8 minutes.
  • then flip it and cook it for the same time.
  • caution.
  • when you're frying the tortilla try to unstick the edges of the tortilla so it won't get stuck when you flip it.
  • now they're ready to be served.
  • a good match would be with rise and some salad
