Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 8 carrots
- 6 eggs
- 5 grams pepper
- 100 ml olive oil
Method
- peel and grate the carrots.
- keep them in a bowl.
- chop the onion thinly
- preheat some olive oil on a pan and cook the onion for 4 - 6 minutes.
- then add the carrots and mix.
- cook it for 5 - 8 minutes.
- then put it aside.
- mix the eggs on a bowl.
- beat them until they are spumous.
- add the carrot-onion mixture and mix
- again preheat some olive oil on a pan (preferable, a Teflon pan ).
- add the mixture and cook it at low temperature for 5-8 minutes.
- then flip it and cook it for the same time.
- caution.
- when you're frying the tortilla try to unstick the edges of the tortilla so it won't get stuck when you flip it.
- now they're ready to be served.
- a good match would be with rise and some salad
