Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 2 to 3 pkg. instant pudding
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix the first 3 ingredients for pie crust.
- Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
- Spread mixture on crust. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Mix pudding by directions.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Set in fridge until firm.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Makes 12 to 15 (plus) servings.
