Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 2 to 3 pkg. instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients for pie crust.
  • Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
  • Spread mixture on crust. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Mix pudding by directions.
  • Pour over cream cheese layer.
  • Set in fridge until firm.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
  • Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Makes 12 to 15 (plus) servings.
