Ingredients

  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • mild Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Cook chicken until tender in water. Bone and skin chicken. Grease casserole. Cook the spaghetti in chicken broth where chicken was cooked. Mix together soups and mushrooms. Layer spaghetti, then chicken. Cover with soup mixture. Use all ingredients, then grated mild Cheddar cheese to cover top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
