Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 12 cups chocolate chips
  • 12 cup walnuts

Method

  • Combine canned pumpkin, white sugar, vegetable oil and egg.
  • Stir in flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt, milk and baking soda.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and walnut (or other favorite nut).
  • Drop by spoonfuls (I use a small cookie scoop) onto greased cookie sheet.

  • Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown and firm.
