Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pieces raw chicken
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Method
- Put uncooked rice in bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Lay chicken on top of rice.
- Dilute soup with 1 soup can of water. Pour over chicken.
- Top with onion soup mix.
- Bake 2 hours at 250°.
