Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Mix yeast in warm water.
- Add sugar, oil, egg, salt and flour; mix until well blended.
- Put in refrigerator.
- When ready to use, place by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin pans.
- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
- These will keep in refrigerator for one week.
