Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- bacon
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- onion, chopped
- celery, chopped
- parsley, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup vinegar
- 12 cup water
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Boil and cube potatoes.
- Fry Bacon Strips and cut/crumble into potatoes.
- Combine: Eggs (Crumbled), Onion, Celery, Parsley, Sugar, Vinegar, Water, Salt, Pepper Pour off part of bacon fat and stir in Egg mixture in pan for 10 minutes then pour over potatoes.
- Toss/Mix.
