Ingredients
- 6 good sized potatoes, diced, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- corn flake crumbs, buttered
Method
- Place all but last ingredient in greased casserole.
- Top with buttered corn flake crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Yields 8 servings.
