Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Method
- Soften cream cheese in mixing bowl.
- Add sugar and blend in vanilla.
- Stir in eggs, one at a time.
- Pour in crust and bake at 350°
- for 25 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes.
- Mix sour cream with 2 tablespoon sugar.
- Spread on cake and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- You may use either crumb crust or pastry crust.
