Ingredients
- 4 or 5 pork chops
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can beef consomme
- scant 1/4 can water
- onion
- tomato
- bell pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Brown chops in a little oleo.
- Spread uncooked rice evenly in an oblong baking dish.
- Put chops on top. Put one slice of tomato, onion and bell pepper on top.
- If you don't have tomato and pepper on hand, onion alone will do.
