Ingredients
- 2T butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/2 cup chopped pistacios
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t cardamom
- dash cloves
- 1/2 cup raisins
Method
- Simmer butter in sautee pan, then add honey and agave nectar. Once it boils around the edges, add everything but the raisins.
- Simmer all ingredients in the pan until nuts brown (about 5-8 minutes), add raisins, then put on wax paper coated with cooking spray to cool.
- Yum!
