Ingredients

  • 2T butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistacios
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t cardamom
  • dash cloves
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Method

  • Simmer butter in sautee pan, then add honey and agave nectar. Once it boils around the edges, add everything but the raisins.
  • Simmer all ingredients in the pan until nuts brown (about 5-8 minutes), add raisins, then put on wax paper coated with cooking spray to cool.
