Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) containerof plain hummus
- 1 cup of chopped Baby Spinach
- 12 cup chopped tomato
- 14 cup chopped red onion
- 14 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sliced kalamata olives or 2 tablespoons black olives
- 12 cup shredded cucumber
Method
- Spoon half of the hummus in the bottom of a serving bowl.
- Layer each ingredient on top of the hummus and add the remaining hummus on top of the dip.
- Top with cucumber and olives.
- Chill 30-45 minutes.
- Serve with pita chips.
