Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) containerof plain hummus
  • 1 cup of chopped Baby Spinach
  • 12 cup chopped tomato
  • 14 cup chopped red onion
  • 14 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sliced kalamata olives or 2 tablespoons black olives
  • 12 cup shredded cucumber

Method

  • Spoon half of the hummus in the bottom of a serving bowl.
  • Layer each ingredient on top of the hummus and add the remaining hummus on top of the dip.
  • Top with cucumber and olives.
  • Chill 30-45 minutes.
  • Serve with pita chips.
