Ingredients
- 6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers (about 1 3/4 lb.)
- 2 c. thinly sliced onions
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
Method
- Place half of cucumbers in a large bowl; top with half of onions.
- Repeat layers with remaining cucumbers and onions.
