Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 8 scallions, cut into 2-inch slices
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)

Method

  • In medium bowl, combine chicken with onion soup, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Marinate 20 minutes.
