Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry active yeast
- 3/4 c. lukewarm water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water; set aside until it bubbles up. Mix flour, salt and sugar in bowl; add yeast and oil.
- Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place
- in greased bowl and let raise to about double size;
- punch
- down and
- let raise again (about 20 minutes).
- Roll out to desired size.
