- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean beef cubes
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 3/4 lb. carrots (optional)
- small green pepper (optional)
- 1 lb. wide noodles or white rice
Method
- Brown beef cubes in frying pan with onion and mushrooms until lightly brown.
- Pour into crock-pot with juices from frypan.
- Add soups (undiluted) and mix together (sliced carrots and peppers are optional).
- Simmer on low approximately 6 hours.
- Pour over noodles or rice.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
