Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Method
- Brown onion and celery in margarine.
- Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
