Ingredients
- 1 large chicken
- 1 (16 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. chopped celery
- pepper
- salt
Method
- Boil chicken until tender.
- Remove skin and bone.
- Cut into pieces.
- Set aside.
- Put 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles in greased casserole dish (may need 2) combine everything else.
- Sprinkle reserved noodles on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
