- 2 lb. stew meat, cut small
- 1 lb. carrots, cut small
- 2 lb. potatoes, cut small
- 1 or 2 onions, cut small
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 c. flour
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 c. water
- paprika to taste
- garlic to taste
- cilantro to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- celery salt to taste
- seasoned salt to taste
- soy sauce to taste
Method
- Add all ingredients to crock-pot and stir well.
- Cook on low all night or high all morning.
- Great over rice.
- Serves 8.
