Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese or Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups Frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed, drained and finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Red onions, finely chopped

Method

  • Place cream cheese in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  • Beat on low speed 2 minutes.
  • Add dill weed and pepper; mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients; beat 1 minute or until well blended.
  • Serve with bagels or assorted breads.
