Ingredients

  • 2 or possibly 2 1/2 lbs. stew meat
  • 8 to 10 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 6 to 8 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon herb seasoning
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 soup can of water

Method

  • Mix meat, potatoes and carrots together in crock pot.
  • Sprinkle soup mix and herb seasoning over the top.
  • Then spread cans of soup on it.
  • Add in water to the crock pot.
  • Turn it to low and cook 8 to 10 hrs.
