Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 4 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 6 tbsp butter, cubed
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup colby monterey cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 packages bacon, cooked and crumbled

Method

  • separate crescent dough into eight triangles and place in greased 9 inch deep dish pie shell to form the crust sealing seams.
  • spread with mustard
  • in large skillet saute zucchini and onions in butter until tender
  • in large bowl combine eggs, cheese, seasoning bacon and zucchini mixture pour into crust
  • bake 350 for 20-25 min, until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • cover edges loosely with foil if crusts browns too quickly
