- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 6 tbsp butter, cubed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup colby monterey cheese shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 packages bacon, cooked and crumbled
Method
- separate crescent dough into eight triangles and place in greased 9 inch deep dish pie shell to form the crust sealing seams.
- spread with mustard
- in large skillet saute zucchini and onions in butter until tender
- in large bowl combine eggs, cheese, seasoning bacon and zucchini mixture pour into crust
- bake 350 for 20-25 min, until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- cover edges loosely with foil if crusts browns too quickly
